More Than Just a Sales Role! We are seeking a highly motivated, success-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. From day one, you will operate on a clear leadership track with the expectation and support to rapidly grow into the Sales Manager role. We will provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed for you to advance and ultimately lead our sales team. What You'll Do (Sales Consultant) * Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Conduct engaging product presentations and test drives. * Master the sales process from initial contact through final paperwork. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and customer relationships. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads. * Achieve monthly sales volume and gross profit objectives.
