: Food Service Sales Manager (Cellone's Italian Bread Company) Position

Overview

Cellone's Italian Bread Company is seeking a results driven and relationship- focused Sales Manager to grow and maintain our presence across restaurants, educational, workplace and recreational accounts. This role blends customer service, sales and brand ambassadorship -- ensuring our partners receive exceptional service while expanding Cellone's iconic brands across Western Pennsylvania and surrounding markets units.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Development : Build and expand relationships within restaurants, workplace, educational and recreational accounts.
• Territory Management : Maintain a structured route plan, conduct regular onsite visits, and ensure consistent product availability.
• Product Expertise : Educate customers on Cellone's full product line, seasonal offerings, and custom solutions.
• Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, pitch product placements, and drive volume growth within assigned segments.
• Customer Support : Resolve service issues, coordinate deliveries, and act as the primary liaison between clients and Sales Leadership team
• Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to develop sales strategy.
• Promotional Execution: Support sampling events, menu collaborations, and promotional initiatives at partner locations.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, account notes, and volume projections.

Qualifications

• Foodservice or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25 -40 lbs for product samples or event materials. What We Offer
