Summary Become an essential collaborator to our lead buyers specialist! In this position, you will expertly assist clients as they navigate the exciting journey of purchasing their new homes. Work alongside the island's premier real estate agents to support clients in reaching their homeownership dreams! Responsibilities What You 'll Do: * Prospect & lead generate for new clients * Handle warm, qualified buyer leads * Show homes, write offers, and attend appointments * Provide expert guidance and market insights to buyers throughout their journey * Maintain follow-up systems, nurture pipeline relationships, and close deals * Collaborate with you lead buyers specialist and a full support team: admin, marketing, and transaction coordinators * Flex Opportunities - Offering Full Time and Part Time Roles Qualifications * HI Real Estate license Needed (must be enrolled in pre-licensing class to apply) * Strong sense of service first and finding resolutions under pressure * High sense of urgency - efficient and effective * Strong attention to detail * Ability to connect and communicate with all different types of personalities * Ability to influence and lead while remaining humble * Proactive and Self-Starter * Quick to adapt to people, environments, and changing markets * Highly driven to succeed * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone * Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where we focus on building activities that directly affect the bottom line. * Service-based attitude.
