About the Role Marine Floats is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Residential & Service Sales Administrator to support both our Residential Sales Lead and Service Manager. This role combines administrative precision with customer interaction, helping to create contracts, manage Salesforce updates, handle service agreements, and support the early stages of a future dispatch system. If you enjoy creating order, supporting teams, and working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters, this role could be a great fit. What You 'll Do * Create and manage residential contracts from start to finish. * Draft and send service sales agreements in PandaDoc. * Keep Salesforce updated, accurate, and organized. * Support customer communication via phone and email. * Ensure documents, signatures, and workflows stay on track. * Assist with groundwork for a future digital dispatch system. What You Bring * 2-4+ years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience. * Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with PandaDoc or similar contract tools. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows. * Clear, professional communication skills. * Organized, process-driven, and comfortable with technology. * Construction or marine experience is helpful but not required.
