What You 'll Do * Respond quickly and accurately to inbound quote and order requests * Follow up on quotes to convert them into wins * Identify opportunities from inventory and customer data to drive outbound sales * Communicate professionally via phone and email * Troubleshoot product issues and resolve customer concerns * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation * Support the Inside Sales Manager and team with administrative tasks What You Bring * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Strong math skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems * Customer-focused mindset with a drive to succeed * Self-starter attitude with effective follow-up habits Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Please use the link below to take two assessments.
