SAFE TECH AUTO GLASS is actively seeking Service Drive Sales Technicians in our West Houston, Dealership Division. No experience in the glass industry is necessary, however applicants must have a minimum of two years sales experience, excellent communication skills, must be mechanically inclined and possess good judgement. Join our Dealership Division and be coached as an Apprentice Service Drive Technician. A SAFE TECH Service Drive Technician earns $45,000 to $65,000+ annually. STA Technicians must possess the following qualities: * Excellent communication skills * Enthusiastic and self-motivated * Stable and reliable * Works well with others * Takes pride in their work * Pays close attention to details Requirement and qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record * Solid Sales/Face-to-Face Experience * Reliable transportation, has their own personal vehicle * Provide individual transportation to and from work * Work well in a fast-paced environment * Communicate, listen and understand customer needs * Organized and keeping with Safe Tech Automotive sales techniques Compensation: * Apprentice Technicians earn $15.00 to $20.00 an hour plus overtime while training * Fully Trained Sales Technician earns $50,000 to $65,000+ annually * Benefits: PTO/vacation days, paid Holidays, as well as other benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English/spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
