Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Houston, TX for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, preparing customer quotes, generating sales, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities * Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects * Plan and execute your own sales plans * Able to achieve your own goals to maximize sales potentials * Offer support and information to help customers meet their objectives * Collaborate with your directors to determine important sales strategies and sales approaches * Receive proper training to maintain professional and technical knowledge * Provide information on products, service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order and reports * Resolve and address customer complaints regarding sales and service Qualifications and Requirements * 3+ years lighting or signage sales experience required as must * Excellent sales and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and enthusiastic * Excellent communication and people skills * Good organizational skills * Ability to work calmly under pressure * Ability to travel occasionally * Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Lighting or Signage Sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
