Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Physician Liaison to serve as the primary link between our Medical Legal practice and the local medical community. Your mission is simple: grow our Doctor Volume by building and nurturing deep-rooted referral relationships with doctors. This is a field-based role. You will spend 80% of your time "on the road," visiting clinics, hosting lunch-and-learns, and troubleshooting referral roadblocks to ensure we are the preferred choice for patient care. Key Responsibilities * Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan for a defined geographic territory to increase new patient referrals. * Relationship Building: Conduct 10-15 face-to-face visits daily with doctors offices to help recruit physicians. * Data-Driven Growth: Use our CRM to track activity * Event Coordination: Organize and host physician-to-physician networking events, dinners, and educational seminars. Requirements & Qualifications * Experience: 3-5+ years in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or physician relations. A proven track record of hitting volume targets is required. * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred. * Communication: Elite interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable walking into a busy clinic and quickly building rapport with a gatekeeper or a surgeon. * Clinical Acumen: Ability to learn and speak confidently about Medicolegal work. Training will be provided. * Travel: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (monthly auto stipend provided).
