About Us: JM Test Systems, Inc. provides calibration, testing, and industrial services to a wide range of clients. Role Overview: As an Outside Sales / Service Representative, you'll generate revenue through new and existing client relationships, drive territory growth, and act as a trusted JM Test Systems representative. You'll manage consultative sales, provide exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage a sales territory, acquiring new business while maintaining existing client relationships. * Conduct consultative, technical, and relationship-based selling. * Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Attend trade shows and customer meetings to promote products and services. * Safely operate company vehicle and handle transport of test equipment. Qualifications: * 3-5 years of outside/territory sales experience, preferably in industrial, technical, or service industries. * Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas. * Knowledge of calibration, electrical testing, instrumentation, or related B2B sectors. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills. * Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to pass background and safety checks. Preferred: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Industrial Sales, or a technical field. * Formal sales or safety/compliance training.
