What You'll Be DoingPhase 1 - Field & Sales Foundations * Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach , cold calls, and outbound prospecting * Represent Equipped Painting professionally in neighborhoods and communities * Set appointments for painting estimates * Shadow experienced estimators and assist with walkthroughs * Learn pricing, sales systems, and how to communicate value to homeowners Phase 2 - Estimator Track * Run estimate appointments (self-generated + company-provided) * Conduct on-site walkthroughs with homeowners * Prepare and present quotes on-site or shortly after appointments * Follow up, answer questions, and close projects * Track personal KPIs (appointments set, estimates run, close rate, revenue) * Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings Let's Be Real This role involves: * Daily prospecting * Hearing "no" more than "yes" at first * Being accountable to numbers and results What it rewards: * Consistency * Professionalism * Growth mindset * Strong communication * Long-term earning potential If you show up and put in the work, you will grow here.
