Full description of the position

Please note: This position is remote, but candidate MUST reside in the CST or EST time zone. We are a global distributor of consumer packaged goods. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. We need a Hunter, that can drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic plans that expand our market presence. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies tailored to target CPG markets within CST or EST zones. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns that resonate with potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope. * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to monitor sales pipelines, analyze data trends, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact. Requirements * Experience selling to Big Box Retailers, Grocery Chains (B2B or B2C) * At leaset 5 years of experience selling in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) space, * Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. * Able to support a nationwide teritory * Nationwide Travel up to 40% of the time (car, plane, * Ability to work independently in a remote setting aligned with CST or EST hours while maintaining high energy levels and motivation.
