Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales/Estimator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving business development efforts, estimating projects, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, reliable and willing to learn along with the ability to foster relationships and ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: o Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship-building with prospective clients. o Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients to expand opportunities and drive sales. o Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and nurture customer relationships effectively. o Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, ensuring they align with company capabilities and meet customer needs. Estimating: o Estimate costs for paving projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and other relevant documents. o Use AAA Paving's estimating software to produce accurate and timely estimates. o Collaborate with the project management and production teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and specifications. o Review and adjust estimates based on project scope, cost analysis, and available resources. Team Collaboration & Support: o Work closely with the operations, estimating, and production teams to streamline project processes. o Collaborate to address challenges, deliver solutions, and exceed client expectations. Key Qualifications: Some sales experience is a plus but not required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Paid time off Work Location: In person
