Position: BDC Representative - Location: 7810 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA Schedule: Full or Part-time, Compensatory of performance level, Includes Weekends What You 'll Do: #1 - Job Love people more than cars * Provide world class hospitality and assist clients with their newer nicer vehicle * Handle incoming internet and phone inquiries for sales * Schedule appointments and follow up with customers * Maintain our CRM with accurate and timely notes * Work alongside management and sales teams to increase appointment show rates * Provide top-tier customer service with a smile (and a follow-up!)
