Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories * Present product demos and technical information to healthcare providers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff * Manage key accounts by maintaining ongoing relationships and providing exceptional customer service * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships * Conduct B2B sales activities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities * Prepare professional sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and compliance with regulatory standards * Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement Skills * Strong negotiation and account management abilities * Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within the pharmaceutical or medical industry * Excellent communication skills for effective product demos and client interactions * Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers * Expertise in outside sales strategies and customer service excellence * Analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting * Deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical sales practices, and healthcare industry regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and organizational tools * Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make an impact in healthcare through innovative pharmaceutical solutions.
