Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence in the wholesale and retail markets. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and technical solutions will directly impact our success and growth trajectory and enjoy no capped commissions. Responsibilities * Promote eco-friendly water treatment products to wholesale and retail markets * Actively manage and grow current accounts * Identify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market analysis. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously expanding the customer base through strategic account management. * Conduct product demonstrations, sales trainings, attend industry events and solution-based discussions to showcase offerings effectively. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, forecast revenue, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management. * Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Oversee territory management activities including route planning, customer visits, and market analysis to optimize coverage and sales efficiency. * Drive inside and outside sales initiatives by engaging in direct sales efforts, retail outreach, and B2B engagements across diverse industries. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation, cold calling, and upselling techniques. * Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence and long-term relationship building. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and analyzing data. * Solid understanding of territory management principles including route planning and market segmentation. * Exceptional negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities for product demos and client interactions. * Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data for strategic decision-making. * Knowledge of retail sales environments as well as technical product solutions requiring detailed product demos. * Ability to adapt marketing strategies based on market trends and customer feedback to maximize outreach efforts.
