The Role We are seeking a Sales Setter/Closer with proven experience in turf sales (or a directly related industry such as landscaping, roofing, solar, or home improvement). This is a hybrid role -- you'll be knocking, setting appointments, and creating your own opportunities while also stepping in to close warm leads and deals already in progress. If you know how to talk turf, read the customer, and close with confidence, this role has unlimited earning potential. What You 'll Do * Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals. * Set and confirm appointments with homeowners and businesses. * Meet with prospects, present turf installation solutions, and close deals. * Work company-provided warm leads and finalize open opportunities. * Hit and exceed sales targets consistently. What We 're Looking For * Proven experience closing turf installation or similar home improvement sales. * Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with ease. * Strong communication and people skills. * Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed. * Professional appearance and confidence in face-to-face sales. Compensation * 100% Commission -- no cap on earnings. * Average reps earn $X-$Y per deal (top performers earn significantly more). * Bonuses and incentives for hitting goals.
