Sweet Honey Hawaii is a locally owned and designed family brand specializing in babies, children, women's, and men's clothing & accessories. We're looking for friendly, reliable Sales Associates to join our team at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki location. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you'll assist customers with their shopping needs while creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities include: * Providing excellent customer service & assisting with product selection * Processing POS transactions (sales, returns, and exchanges) * Merchandising & restocking inventory * Maintaining a clean, organized store environment * Cross-selling and sharing product knowledge Qualifications * Friendly, positive attitude & love for helping people * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to perform under pressure & handle complaints professionally * Must be able to work weekends * Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required Location Ka Makana Alii Set Shifts (Must be available weekends) Monday - Thursday * Opening: 9:45 AM - 3:00 PM * Closing: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday-Saturday * Opening: 9:45 AM - 3:00 PM * Closing: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Sunday * Opening/Closing: 9:45 AM - 6:00 PM Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
