Compensation: $120,000 - $300,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You'll Do: * Dream Design: Engage with clients through consultations to uncover their dreams and aspirations for their outdoor spaces. * Creative Solutions: Use your creativity to craft custom-tailored designs and proposals that meet the unique preferences of each client. * Elevate Experiences: Provide complete, high-quality solutions that enhance client satisfaction while driving company growth and profitability. * Collaborative Culture: Work alongside our certified installation team, gaining ongoing training and support for your career development. Qualifications: Who You Are: * Self-Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results. * Knowledgeable: With a solid understanding of design and outdoor living products, you're ready to tackle high-end custom projects that challenge your creativity, strong knowledge in web-based platforms such as Office Suite, Construction CRM, and other supporting platforms. * Team Player: While you excel individually, you also understand the power of collaboration and communication within a team.
