Job Type & Schedule * Job Type: Full-time * Schedule: Monday - Saturday Work Requirements * Work Location: In person * Ability to Commute: Arundel, ME (Required) Salary * Weekly base pay with commission and additional weekly and monthly bonuses tied to performance. Role Summary Arundel Ford is looking for a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. You'll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, guide them through the buying process, and deliver a top-tier experience from start to finish. Whether you're experienced in auto sales or looking to transition into a fast-paced, rewarding field, we'll provide the training, structure, and support to help you succeed.
