Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You 'll Make an Impact * Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers to exceed targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align initiatives. * Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership. * Direct marketing strategies to maximize profit margins and customer satisfaction. * Represent Hitachi Energy through presentations, webinars, and seminars. Your Background * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 10+ years of sales/marketing experience (12-15 years preferred). * Proven leadership experience managing regional sales teams. * Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to travel 30% or more as needed. * Experience in electrical sector and breaker business development preferred.
