About Row House: Row House is a boutique fitness studio that offers a full-body, low-impact, high-energy workout centered around the sport of rowing. We're more than just a fitness studio -- we're a team, a community, and a movement dedicated to building strength, unity, and confidence in every member who walks through our doors. Position Overview: Row House is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, loves engaging with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for new and prospective members, driving studio growth through sales, community engagement, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: * Drive studio revenue by selling memberships, class packages, and retail products. * Manage and follow up on all leads through phone calls, texts, and emails. * Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests. * Conduct studio tours and explain the Row House workout experience. * Support and participate in community outreach events to promote the brand. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. * Assist with daily studio operations, including check-ins, scheduling, and retail transactions. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Requirements: * Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or boutique studio experience preferred). * Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible schedule -- must be available for evenings, weekends, and special events. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MindBody, ClubReady, or similar).
