Overview

: Row House is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, loves engaging with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for new and prospective members, driving studio growth through sales, community engagement, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Drive studio revenue by selling memberships, class packages, and retail products.
• Manage and follow up on all leads through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours and explain the Row House workout experience.
• Support and participate in community outreach events to promote the brand.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Assist with daily studio operations, including check-ins, scheduling, and retail transactions.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or boutique studio experience preferred).
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule -- must be available for evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MindBody, ClubReady, or similar). Perks:
