We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness and an excitement for the Bunda brand. This person must be an organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representatives of those a Sales Associate must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators (KPI's) for the studio, including daily sales outreach (calls, messages), membership sales, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels.
• Greet all members, answer phone calls, lead tours of the studio for potential new members with exceptions customer service and participate in community outreach and motivate members to generate a healthy lifestyle.
• Willingly initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Deliver excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Make phone calls, send text messages/emails to prospects.
• Possess friendly and professional phone, email and text etiquette.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Greet, assist and check in clients.
• Provide support to the Bunda trainers so they are set up for a successful class.
• Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base.
• Be extremely knowledgeable of the Bunda program and have the ability to respond to clients' questions.
• Maintain knowledge of Bunda's memberships and class packages.
• Guide clients with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership discounts and/or special events
• Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with the training of new hires for the Sales Associates team.
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep, including cleaning of exercise equipment (stations, Stairmasters, weights), floors and mirrors.
• Handle bathroom and changing room cleaning.
• Shift opening and closing duties checklist to be completed per shift.
• Must be in Bunda apparel during shift times.
• Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks and projects as assigned.
• This is not an exclusive list, but outlines general duties and responsibilities. MUST be able to work at least 3 shifts per week: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 12:30pm - or - 2:30pm - 8:15pm Saturday or Sunday 7:00am - 1:00pm Physical

Requirements

:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs+

Compensation

includes a base hourly rate + membership sales commissions! Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.28 per hour
