REGIONAL SALES MANAGER We're looking for a dynamic leader to join the Rent One team as a Regional Sales Manager and oversee up to nine of our stores. The pay range we're offering is competitive with opportunities for you to maximize your earning potential though performance incentives. * We provide you with a company vehicle since you will be regularly traeling to different stores. * We will also furnish your laptop and phone so you can stay productive from any location. * We're even flexible on determining which store will be your home office! * Requirements: * Minimum of two-years of multi-unit management experience; * High school diploma or equivalent required; * Experience hiring and developing co-workers; * Excellent multitasking, decision making, organization and on occasion, negotiating skills; * Experience with client retention is a plus; * Must have valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards. A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager varies, but regular activities include: * Maximize store performance and efficiency through implementation of proper hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and mentoring initiatives; * Ensuring employee engagement and motivation; * Optimize reporting and performance metrics to maximize regional profitability; * Verify and report organizational compliance with corporate policies and procedures; * Validate store reported audit results.
