We are currently hiring AT &T Sales Associates to join our in-person expansion sales team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you'll represent one of the most recognized brands in wireless, entertainment, and smart home technology. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll work face-to-face with individuals and local businesses to understand their communication needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions. Whether helping a family select the right wireless plan or assisting a business with streamlining communication tools, you'll make a meaningful impact every day. We provide hands-on training, weekly pay, and clear opportunities for career advancement--no prior sales experience required. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in person from our Birmingham office and surrounding areas. * Provide personalized consultations on wireless plans, smartphones, streaming services, and smart home products. * Build trust by explaining features, answering questions, and recommending the best options based on customer needs. * Process account updates, activations, upgrades, and service requests with accuracy. * Maintain ongoing client relationships, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. * Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Stay informed on new AT&T promotions, products, and industry trends through company-provided training. * Work collaboratively with your team and contribute to a positive, high-performance environment. Qualifications * Must be 18+ and able to reliably commute to the Birmingham, AL office. * Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and solution-oriented mindset. * Comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-up tasks. * Dependable, motivated, and goal-driven. * Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus--but not required. * Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about wireless and digital products.
