Responsibilities
for Insurance Sales/Account Management
- Lead Client Renewal Meetings : Conduct annual renewal meetings--either in-person or virtually--based on client preference. Present plan changes, cost comparisons, and strategic recommendations.
- Host Employee Education Sessions : Facilitate group employee meetings to explain benefit offerings, coverage options, and enrollment processes. This includes preparing clear, engaging employee-facing presentations and materials.
- Ongoing Client Relationship Management : Maintain regular communication and proactive service of a dedicated book of business to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Plan Consultation & Education: Provide expert guidance and insights into benefit plan options, compliance considerations, and cost-saving strategies to help clients make informed decisions.
- Create Client Resources : Develop customized materials such as Benefit Guides, Video Vaults, and marketing content to enhance client and employee experience.
- Servicing : In conjunction with an Account Manager, this role would assist with the day-to-day support for clients, including escalated claims, billing issues, enrollment changes, and general benefits inquiries.
Qualifications
for Insurance Sales/Account Management
- 5+ years experience in group benefits and sales
- Licensed in Health/Life in Wisconsin
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market data.
- Knowledge of insurance products and benefits administration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Please respond with a resume or any questions that you have!
