The Client Operations Manager is a key client-facing role that blends office operations, client service, and consultative inside sales. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact, keeping things organized, supporting clients day-to-day, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships. You'll handle client service and operational needs, and have responsibility for account retention and growth through trusted, relationship-based conversations. This role begins with our hands-on training and development program.
