Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Duties * Supervise daily store activities, including sales, stocking, and customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations throughout each shift * Lead and motivate a diverse team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing sales environment * Coordinate your team effectively and efficiently in managing register operations, sales floor service, and queue management * Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and accurate recordkeeping using POS (Point of Sale) systems * Oversee cashiering functions such as cash handling, cashier training, and ensuring compliance with cash management procedures * Develop and execute merchandising plans to optimize product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional displays * Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction Experience * Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management with a focus on team leadership and customer service excellence * Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures * Demonstrated skills in negotiation, merchandising, marketing, and sales management techniques * Experience with employee training & development programs and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively * Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills for managing multiple priorities efficiently * Previous experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is advantageous but not required Join us as a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding shopping experiences!
