Belmont Health Rx is a fast-growing, patient-focused community pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional service, fast turnaround times, and personalized care. We partner closely with healthcare providers to ensure their patients receive seamless, reliable prescription support. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and personable Pharmacy Representative / Physician Liaison to build strong relationships with medical practices, physicians, specialists, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. The goal is to increase patient referrals, grow prescription volume, and serve as the main point of contact between our pharmacy and providers. This is an ideal role for someone who is outgoing, organized, and comfortable meeting with doctors and office staff daily. Key Responsibilities * Visit medical offices regularly to promote pharmacy services and build long-term provider relationships * Educate doctors and staff on our pharmacy's programs, benefits, delivery options, and specialty services * Identify new physicians, clinics, and practices to target for outreach * Maintain a consistent schedule of in-person visits, follow-ups, and check-ins * Serve as the liaison between medical offices and the pharmacy for questions, prescription issues, or patient needs * Track visits, interactions, leads, and referral outcomes * Provide feedback to pharmacy leadership about market trends and opportunities * Represent the pharmacy professionally at all times Qualifications * Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical office outreach, pharmacy, or healthcare marketing preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Professional, reliable, and self-motivated * Ability to travel locally to medical offices on a daily basis * Must be organized, goal-driven, and comfortable speaking with doctors and office staff * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits * Competitive pay (base + performance bonuses) * Flexible schedule * Opportunity for growth within the company * Supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
