Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves engaging in both outside and inside sales activities, focusing on D2D sales, account management, and business development. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Duties * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets in assigned territories. * Engage in outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management. * Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and drive business growth. * Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, or technical sales is preferred. * Strong background in account management and business development. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. * Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies is beneficial. * A background in marketing or retail sales can be an advantage. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
