Working under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director, this role focuses on lead generation, tours, follow-up, and closing sales while delivering a compassionate, professional experience aligned with Charter's mission and values. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple prospects through the sales pipeline.
