Location: Warminster, PA Function: Marketing / Sales Title:Sales Development Representative Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Office Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Your Responsibilities: * Research and identify target customers; build and maintain a database of potential clients. * Proactively contact potential customers via phone and email. * Conduct preliminary needs assessments and qualification screening. * Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Engineers. * Ensure accurate and complete handover of qualified lead information to Sales Engineers. * Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness. * Regularly report development progress and market feedback to the Sales Section Manager. * Participate in sales team meetings to share market insights and customer needs. * Periodically review and optimize outreach scripts and development processes based on market responses and conversion data to continuously improve efficiency and communication quality. * Actively learn about the market and product knowledge. VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this positionWhat Skills You Need * Effective communication skills, verbal, written and listening * Ability to provide sales support for all EVERPADS parts. * Manage multiple tasks to their completion with excellent follow up skills and processes * Knowledge of pavement and construction industry * Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other computer programs Qualifications : * 3 years of sales experience required and desire to be in sales. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to handle a fast-paced, relational business environment without becoming overwhelmed. * Eagerness to learn, earn, and contribute to a mission greater than oneself. * Driver license What Makes You Stand Out * Experience interacting with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service support * Experience using relationship-building expertise. * Familiar with parts and service processes * Pavement and construction industry product and parts knowledge * 2 or more years of successful field sales and or product support experience, preferably in the pavement construction or heavy equipment industry. What You'll GetCompensation Package: * Base Salary: Competitive $9/hour, about $1,500 per month * Appointment Bonus: $5 Successfully scheduled qualified customer meeting * Meeting Attendance Bonus : $5Customer actually attends the meeting * Proposal Bonus : $50 per case Customer enters proposal stage Benefits * Health insurance and 401k. * Marketing material handouts for all new business visits. * Business cards and a company email address. * Company-provided laptop and phone for business use.
