We're currently looking for a dependable and motivated Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! Job Summary: This in-person role involves physical warehouse work, store maintenance, marketing tasks, and customer interaction. You'll unload and clean appliances, set up the showroom, assist with daily social media promotion, and support our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Product Handling * Unload appliance deliveries and inspect for damage * Clean, prep, and move products safely to the showroom * Operate equipment such as dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift (training available) * Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels Store Maintenance & Setup * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking showroom * Rearrange and restock products as needed to ensure an appealing display * Ensure all items are properly priced, labeled, and showroom-ready * Understand basic appliance installation and testing procedures to ensure units are display-ready and functional Daily Social Media & Advertising * Take product photos and assist with simple videos for Facebook, Instagram, etc. * Help write and post daily promotions or sale updates * Support team in responding to basic online inquiries or messages Sales & Customer Support * Greet and assist walk-in customers with product questions and recommendations * Provide product information and guide customers through the purchasing process * Complete transactions and earn commission on qualifying sales * Answer phone calls professionally and provide helpful information to encourage in-store visits * Proactively engage with potential customers to bring traffic into the store * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders or inventory * Work toward meeting individual and store-wide sales goals and KPIs through consistent performance and teamwork Team Collaboration * Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and customer expectations * Communicate effectively to ensure smooth store and warehouse operations * Support other departments or team members as needed Requirements: * Must be able to lift and move large items safely with proper equipment * Experience using a dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Reliable and punctual with stable transportation to and from work * Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) * Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented * Spanish-speaking is a plus , but not required Why Work With Us? * Competitive hourly pay + sales commission * Hands-on work with room to grow * Friendly and supportive work environment * Learn both warehouse and retail skills * Stable, on-site position with consistent hours How to Apply: Please submit your application by email to: [please apply online] Important: * Make sure the subject line of your email includes the position you 're applying for + your full name (e.g., "Sales & Warehouse Associate - John Doe"). * Ensure your resume includes a valid contact phone number so we can reach you.
