The Role As a Project Consultant , you will sell residential and commercial repaint projects while protecting margins and representing the PAINT CORPS brand at a high level. You'll run appointments, present clear options, follow up relentlessly, and close deals. This is an in-person role. No remote work. No work-from-home. What You 'll Do

• Follow the PAINT CORPS proven sales process and pricing structure
• Close 40%+ of issued appointments
• Produce $1M+ in annual sales
• Sell residential projects using our package system
• Sell larger commercial and specialty projects using custom pricing
• Deliver confident, professional presentations in homes and businesses
• Generate at least 30% of your own opportunities through outreach, networking, and canvassing
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure clean handoffs and strong execution
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use company systems
• Represent PAINT CORPS at events, home shows, trade shows, and community functions
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the PAINT CORPS uniform

• Weekly training pay
