Part-Time Sales Associate | Weekday Role (10am -4pm) Magnolia Boutique & Gallery - Kahala Mall Magnolia Boutique & Gallery is a woman-owned retail gallery specializing in Hawaii-made art, meaningful gifts, and home goods. We are hiring one part- time sales associate to support our weekday team. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment and values being part of a collaborative team. Schedule * Three consistent weekdays per week * 10:00am -4:00pm * Reliability and consistency are essential for this role Responsibilities * Deliver a warm, thoughtful customer experience * Assist with purchases and returns professionally and graciously * Support team sales without interrupting or overriding others * Maintain store presentation and care for merchandise and art * Follow store systems and procedures * Communicate clearly and take responsibility for your role Qualifications * Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional presence * Dependable and punctual with consistent availability * Comfortable learning product details and artist stories * Team-oriented with respect for structure and expectations * Open to feedback and continuous improvement Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
