Outside Sales Representative - Dewatering & Water Solutions Location: Pittsburgh-based | Territory: Western Pennsylvania & Eastern Ohio Industry: Construction / Rental Water Solutions A leading provider of rental dewatering and water management solutions supporting large-scale commercial and infrastructure construction projects is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth across Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. The company partners closely with major contractors, delivering reliable, project-critical water control solutions on complex job sites. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong experience selling into the commercial construction market. The Role * Develop new business within the commercial construction sector * Sell rental dewatering and water management solutions for large commercial projects * Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close * Work in a hybrid role , balancing office-based activity with regular field visits * Take ownership of a defined territory with a hunter mentality The Ideal Candidate * Proven outside sales experience selling to commercial construction customers * Background in construction rentals , equipment, services, or related industries preferred * Confident self-starter with strong prospecting and closing skills * Experience managing a geographic sales territory * Professional, credible, and relationship-focused approach Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 * Commission plan with a guaranteed minimum for the first 3 months * Vehicle allowance * Fuel card * Corporate card * Health, Vision & Dental insurance * 401(k) KEALL Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Work Location: In person
