Our 6-Week RoofIQ Elite Training Program - Your Fast Track to Mastery We don 't throw you in blind. Every new rep gets a structured, hands-on 6-week training that covers: * Roof inspections and collateral damage * Roofing systems, sales techniques, and objection handling * Insurance claims process and how to turn damage into dollars During the first 4 weeks of the 6 week training period, you earn weekly training pay while building confidence and skills. Then, transition to full commission--many new reps close their first deals within 30 days. Ongoing mentorship, role-plays, and feedback keep you sharp. Compensation: Earn Based on Your Effort * First-Year Goal: $45K-$85K+ for most new reps; $100K+ for those who hustle. * Bonuses & Incentives: Storm chaser rewards, referral payouts, upsell bonuses (paint/exterior projects), and performance perks. * Realistic Earnings Breakdown: (paid weekly) * 3 roofs/month -> ~$86,000/year * 4 roofs/month -> ~$129,000/year * 5 roofs/month -> ~$180,000/year * 1099 position with no cap * Tiered Commissions - The more you close, the higher your rate. What You 'll Do Every Day * Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting, social media outreach, business adjacent relationships, and post-storm opportunities. * Professional roof inspections--take photos, document damage, and educate homeowners. Ladder and roof access is part of the job. * Present options, close contracts, collect deposits, and submit insurance claims with full company support. * Follow up post-installation to build raving reviews and referrals. * Work with adjusters when needed--our team has your back if claims get tricky. Sample Daily Schedule M-F (Energy-Focused) * 11:00 AM - Team Huddle & Motivation * 11:45 AM - Pipeline Follow-Ups & Role-Play * 1:00 PM - Route Planning & Field Prep * 1:30-3:00 PM - Flex Time / Lunch / Drive to Field * 3:00-6:00 PM - Prime Selling Hours: Door Knocking & Closing Deals (Schedule shifts with daylight and seasons--start later/end later with more daylight, crush it post-storm. Saturdays optional but often the biggest paydays.)
