Got Deep Automotive Knowledge? Join NAPA! NAPA Auto Parts seeks an experienced Parts Counter Sales Professional with a very strong background in automotive parts, components, and systems. Use your expertise daily to assist both DIY (20%) and professional (80%) customers. Your Role: * Leverage extensive auto knowledge to identify & source the right parts. * Assist customers in-person and by phone with technical advice. * Process sales, manage orders, and handle inventory tasks. * Utilize electronic catalogs and point-of-sale systems. What You MUST Bring: * Deep, demonstrable understanding of automotive systems & parts. This is essential. * Proven customer service and communication skills. * Strong multitasking ability * Strong logistical abilities * Computer proficiency. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * ASE Certification / prior parts or technician experience is a strong plus.
