Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities: As a Showroom Sales Support Representative, you will: * Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met. * Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders. * Updating customer on order status, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, support after sale service calls, and answer sales calls for general information. Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system. * Qualifications: A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team environment, in addition to having the following: * Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. * Cheerful personality for phone sales. * Ambition to succeed. * General digital literacy including Microsoft Office. * Self-Motivator. * Ability to multi-task. * Passion, courtesy and articulation. * Ability to learn quickly. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
