Automotive Sales Professional - Bilingual (English/Spanish Preferred) Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Hull Dobbs Ford Hull Dobbs Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply, as we proudly serve a diverse customer base. $48K Salary PLUS Performance Bonuses Optional 4-Day Work Week Available Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates Job Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner * Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process * Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles * Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business * Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM * Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross, and customer satisfaction goals * Communicate effectively with all customers, including Spanish-speaking customers Qualifications * Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Compensation & Benefits * $48K base salary plus performance bonuses * Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus based on experience and performance milestones * Optional 4-day work week * Uncapped earning potential * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Career growth and advancement opportunities Apply today and become part of a dealership where customers --and employees --come first.
