Automotive Sales Professional - Bilingual (English/Spanish Preferred) Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Hull Dobbs Ford Hull Dobbs Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross, and customer satisfaction goals
• Communicate effectively with all customers, including Spanish-speaking customers

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
