Local Commercial Sales Representative 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in McKeesRocks, PA is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to focus on Local Commercial Sales growth. Local Commercial Sales (Full-Time) McKeesRocks, PA 15136 As the Commercial Account Manager, you will engage with existing commercial customers to grow recurring/repeat business as well as generate new business through various lead gen and prospecting tactics. This position is based in McKeesRocks, PA and is responsible for local commercial sales and customer acquisition throughout the Allegheny County territory. About the position: * Reporting to the General Manager, you will be focused on achieving revenue goals through existing and new commercial customers business acquisition. * Meet or exceed sales activity targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, on-site estimates and proposals, top account management, referrals, networking, virtual and in-person prospecting, and building new local business relationships * Understand and help drive franchise profitability through building high-value customer relationships * Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge * Partner with our National Accounts and Strategic Alliances teams to increase commercial business sales locally * Effectively use our Sales App to track and report on sales activity Who you are: * Strong ownership and accountability to results - you are driven to hit targets and achieve goals * Strong relationship builder - easily connects with our customers and team members to achieve collective goals * Strong background in new business development - you're experienced in growing revenue through net new customers sales * You exemplify our core values: Passion, Integrity, Professionalism, Empathy Requirements: * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales * Experience increasing net new sales and a successful track record of meeting aggressive sales targets * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing * Proficient in G Suite and Salesforce a plus Compensation: Up to $70,000k annually (inclusive of base pay and bonuses and commensurate with experience) & benefits. 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
