Vacation Club Sales Specialist No experience necessary. Minimum $20 per hour starting pay. As a sales consultant for Club Esprit, you will be given all the training needed, and you will always have the managerial support required, to be able to present and deliver in a professional and ethical manner, the sale of Club Esprit Vacation Club Memberships to perspective guests. The primary duties of the Sales Consultant are to discover the prospective purchaser's needs & interests and create a want to join the Club Esprit Vacation Club program through a structured sales presentation. The Sales Consultant will advise clients on how being a Club Esprit member will provide added value to their lives while providing a quality customer service experience. Demonstrate the incredible benefits and simplicity of planning travel as part of the Club Esprit Vacation Club. * Attend training classes on an on-going basis. * Build relationships and a help provide a positive work environment with all members on the Sales Line Team. Assists in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic, and correct manner. * Explain the features and benefits of the Club Esprit program and guide the client to the most beneficial level of membership to be purchased that will best accommodate all their current and future vacation and travel needs. * Deliver the utmost level of customer service to all guests and members to ensure a great sales tour experience. Achieve personal and departmental written objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.
