Roofing Sales Representative Location: Oklahoma City, OK Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Base Pay During Ramp-Up + Uncapped Commission + Weekly Bonuses Top Performers Earn: $150,000+ annually Kapella Roofing & Global Construction is growing FAST. Requirements * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights up to 40 feet * Comfortable working in varying weather conditions * Willingness to work 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (weekends as needed) * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Bonus if You 've Worked In: * Door-to-door sales * Car sales, mobile sales, or appointment setting * Hospitality (servers, bartenders, etc.) * Canvassing or lead generation * Customer service roles where you had to talk to people and close You bring the hustle.
