Business Development Representative Location: Folcroft, PA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to support growth and community outreach for a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (PPECC). This role is responsible for building referral relationships, increasing community awareness, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. Success is measured by referral growth, partner engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community partners. * Promote and educate referral sources on PPECC services and eligibility criteria. * Execute community outreach and education initiatives to increase brand awareness. * Support annual marketing and business development plans. * Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships. * Maintain accurate referral and marketing data in internal tracking systems. * Coordinate participation in medical networks and community events. * Support patient and family relations initiatives to enhance satisfaction and engagement. Qualifications * Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development preferred. * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications; CRM experience a plus. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to travel consistently within a 100-mile radius of the Pennsylvania area. * Professional, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
