Independent Home Services Affiliate (1099 Contractor) Home Services We are expanding our referral affiliate network and are looking for motivated individuals to help connect homeowners with trusted indoor home service solutions, focused on keeping home owners healthy and safe through clean air solutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not an employment position. Affiliates operate independently and are compensated based on successful referrals. About the Opportunity As an Independent Home Services Affiliate, you will leverage your personal network and everyday interactions to refer homeowners who may benefit from our services. No prior experience is required. Affiliates may optionally participate in weekly Zoom-based sales and product education sessions designed to help improve referral effectiveness. What You'll Do * Share information about our indoor home services with people you already know (friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, community contacts, etc.) * Distribute your own business cards and referral materials * Display an optional branded window sticker on your personal vehicle * Provide basic contact information to interested homeowners so our professional service team can take over * Operate your referral activity independently, on your own schedule What We Provide * Optional affiliate starter kit available for purchase (business cards, vehicle window sticker, referral materials) * Optional weekly Zoom training sessions focused on product education and referral best practices * Unique referral tracking so you receive proper credit for successful referrals * Access to expanding service offerings as the program grows What You Provide * A reliable personal vehicle (model year within the last 10 years) * Your own phone, transportation, and network of contacts * Independent effort to generate referrals using your own methods * Compliance with all applicable local and state laws while operating as a 1099 contractor Compensation * Paid per successful referral that results in completed service * Compensation is performance-based; there is no hourly pay, salary, or minimum guarantee * Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses Important Classification Notes * This role is not employment * No set hours, quotas, or required schedules * No exclusivity; affiliates may engage in other business activities * Participation in training is optional and not mandatory * Affiliates determine how, when, and where they promote referrals Who This Is a Great Fit For * Individuals with strong personal networks * People who enjoy connecting others with helpful services * Community-oriented individuals, parents, retirees, professionals, or entrepreneurs * Anyone looking for flexible, performance-based income without prior experience If you're looking for an independent opportunity where your relationships and reputation matter more than sales pressure, we'd love to connect.
