Join our team to help make dreams come true! Position Summary: As a Quinceaera Stylist, you will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life for this special occasion. You will guide our customers through the selection process for their dress and accessories, ensuring the final look aligns with their personality, event theme, and cultural traditions. Key Responsibilities: * Client Consultations: Meet with the client and their family to understand their preferences, event details, and cultural considerations. * Styling Expertise: Provide recommendations for dresses and accessories that complement the client's personality and the event's theme. * Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Quinceaera collection and related inventory. * Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to create a welcoming and memorable experiences for each client. * Sales Goals: Support the department in meeting sales targets by providing personalized recommendations and upselling accessories. * Collaboration: Work with other team members to coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule. * Weekend Availability: Be available to work weekends, as they are peak times for client appointments. Qualifications: * Proven experience in fashion, styling, or customer service. * Strong understanding of cultural traditions and their significance in Quinceaera celebrations. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion. * Ability to work weekends and maintain flexibility during peak seasons. * Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred.
