Full description of the position
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow a team of sales professionals across multiple markets. This role drives regional growth, strengthens key partnerships with healthcare providers, and expands the organization's client and referral network. Key Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. * Oversee strategic accounts and cultivate new client relationships. * Conduct in-market coaching to support team execution. * Collaborate on marketing campaigns and analyze market trends. * Ensure effective use of CRM systems and track performance. * Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field. * 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare. * Strong team-building, coaching, and relationship management skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel within the Northeast region.
