Requirements

• Licensing: Active P&C Insurance Agent License in Oklahoma preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer Focus: A dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems and CRS tools is a plus.
