Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package * Salary Range : $55,000 - $62,000 annually * Bonus Structure : $30 per policy, with an average of $900/month in bonuses (based on 30 policies per month) * Benefits : * Comprehensive health insurance * 401(k) with matching Responsibilities * Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts with a focus on client satisfaction. * Handle walk-in clients and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. * Utilize Ezlynks and AMS360 software to manage accounts and process policies. * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences. * Maintain a generalist approach to account management, adapting to various client needs. * Uphold a positive and drama-free work environment. Qualifications/Requirements * Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. * Experience : * Preferred experience in personal lines account management. * Commercial lines experience is a plus but not required. * Proficiency in Ezlynks and AMS360 software is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. * Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
